Sunrise is SO friggin' beautiful this time of year. I'd take a picture but the_gc took the camera to work with him. He's got pictures from his work Xmas lunch on it to share with the people that went yesterday. They look like a happy bunch! He's a lot happier now at work, they're giving him new responsibilities, telling him what a great job he's doing and have told him he doesn't have to work swing for at least a couple of months more (he was supposed to go to swing after 1/1/06). Poor baby has a cold though -- again -- and he hates it. Nyquil does a body good -- sorta.

I was reading an on-line article on building bird feeders for birds in winter. It had this awesome idea -- but the person kept refering to using a "pairing knife" which was DRIVING ME BONKERS! Its PARING KNIFE ya' frickin' dunce! I thought it just might be a typo in that one article, but when I clicked a link to another - there it was again - ARGH!!

CoLisa, I know you feel my pain. I wonder if there is a position for "World Wide Grammar Fixer" that can just surf the Internet and correct spelling and punctuation wherever one finds it.
